HOW DOES THE DEPOSIT WORK?

Deposits are to be made with either Apple Pay or Zelle. The deposit is $20 for any regular set and $50 for the Hand-painted Art set. The deposit is to be sent no more than 1 hour after scheduling your appointment.

Apple Pay is to be made to 626-483-6456

Zelle is to be sent to (626) 483-6456

When submitting your payment please put your Name, date of appointment, and appointment type in the notes.

IS THE DEPOSIT REFUNDABLE?

No. The deposit is not refundable but it does go towards your service balance and can be (once) rescheduled to another day.

CANCELLATIONS

Any cancellation communicated more than 48 hours before your FIRST/ORIGINAL set appointment is eligible to receive a free reschedule, in which your deposit can be transferred to that date. One set appointment may not be rescheduled more than once and it has to be rescheduled within 1 week of the original set appointment or the first appointment available (whichever comes first).

Any cancellation within 48 hours of your appointment, or any no show appointment will forfeit your deposit as it is NONREFUNDABLE.

If you are more than 20 minutes late your appointment will be canceled, classified as a ‘no show’ and your deposit will be forfeited. The deposit is NONREFUNDABLE. If you are late but if you have booked for a 3+ hour set, you may request to still recover an appointment for a simpler set (approval from the artist is needed).

CAN I SCHEDULE A SUNDAY/AFTER HOURS APPOINTMENT?

Yes you may request a Sunday or after hours appointment. You can either dm or text the artist for a special request appointment. A fee may be required.

ADDRESS/PARKING

The address and parking instructions will be sent via email 24 hours before your appointment. Please pay special attention as Saturdays

COMMUNICATION WITH ARTIST

The best way to reach me is by text message. If you would like to run nail ideas with me before your appointment you are more than welcome to and it is highly encouraged ;) You can dm @NAILFILESLA on instagram as well to contact me about nail ideas.

PAYMENT

Final payment is to be made via CASH, ZELLE or APPLE PAY Please prepare ahead of time.

COVID-19

Any symptoms at time of appointment or yes answers on the booking questionnaire may result in a cancellation of appointment. Failure to wear a mask will also result in a on spot cancellation. No extra people are to be brought with you to your appointment unless you are 18 or younger. More Covid 19 information is available on the home page.
