48 hour cancellation (Loss of Deposit)Any cancellation communicated more than 48 hours before your FIRST/ORIGINAL set appointment receives a free reschedule, in which your deposit can be transferred to that date. One set appointment may not be rescheduled more than once and it has to be rescheduled within 1 week of the original set appointment or the first appointment available (whichever comes first).
Any cancellation within 48 hours of your appointment, or any no show appointment will forfeit your deposit as it is NONREFUNDABLE.
If you are more than 25 minutes late your appointment will be canceled and your deposit will be forfeited. The deposit is NONREFUNDABLE. If you are late but you have booked for a 3+ hour set, you may possibly still recover an appointment but it will have to be a simpler set (if the artist has accepted the request to do so.)

COVID-19
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic clients are unable to be accompanied by an extra person unless they are 18 and under.
Clients are to wear a mask during their appointment and will be asked to wash/sanitize their hands once they have come in.
If you have taken a trip out of the state/country or if you have traveled by plane/bus within the last 7 days before your appointment we ask that you please reschedule to the following week. If you are feeling any of the symptoms which include fever, cough, respiratory issues, loss of taste or smell, nausea, sore throat or you have been within contact of a person experiencing COVID-19 symptoms we ask that you please reschedule. If you seem to have any of the symptoms at the arrival of your appointment, your appointment will be canceled and rescheduled at minimum two weeks from that date.
